Acceptable Use Policy

Security and Abuse
You may not use Buildtelligence services to test, attack, exploit, or undermine the security of any system, whether that system belongs to Buildtelligence or to any third party. Any attempt to compromise confidentiality, integrity, or availability may result in immediate restriction or termination of access, investigation, and referral to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities where warranted.
If you believe you have discovered a security issue involving Buildtelligence, do not exploit it or disclose it publicly. Report it to us promptly through an appropriate contact channel so it can be reviewed and addressed responsibly.
Client Responsibilities
If you engage Buildtelligence for services, you remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, and appropriateness of the information, instructions, approvals, business decisions, and materials you provide to us. You are also responsible for your own internal review, approvals, governance, and implementation decisions unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
You may not rely on Buildtelligence services to replace your own legal, compliance, employment, regulatory, cybersecurity, tax, or other professional obligations where independent review is required.
Intellectual Property and Rights of Others
You may not use Buildtelligence services to store, publish, transmit, generate, request, or distribute material that you do not have the right to use. This includes copyrighted material, trade secrets, confidential information, trademarks, personal data, and other protected content or rights.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content, data, prompts, documents, brand assets, or instructions you provide to Buildtelligence can be lawfully used for the intended purpose.
AI and Automation Use
Where Buildtelligence provides AI-related guidance, workflows, automations, assistants, assessments, or implementation support, you may not use those systems or outputs in ways that are unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, discriminatory, invasive of privacy, or inconsistent with applicable contractual or regulatory obligations.
You are responsible for human review, approval, and oversight of how AI-supported outputs are used in your organization unless a separate written agreement expressly assigns different responsibilities.
Monitoring, Enforcement, and Cooperation
Buildtelligence may investigate suspected violations of this policy and may take any action we reasonably believe is appropriate to protect our business, clients, users, partners, systems, and rights. That may include removing content, restricting access, suspending service, terminating access, preserving evidence, or cooperating with service providers, advisors, or legal authorities.
Where appropriate, we may request information, clarification, corrective action, or cooperation in connection with misuse, abuse, or security concerns. Failure to cooperate may result in restricted or terminated access.
Reservation of Rights
Buildtelligence reserves the right to interpret and apply this policy in a commercially reasonable manner, to protect its operations and stakeholders, and to update this policy from time to time. We may refuse, suspend, limit, or terminate access to any part of our websites or services where we believe use is unlawful, abusive, unsafe, misleading, unauthorized, or inconsistent with this policy or with another applicable agreement.
