Take a look at the demo again.  Do you see the template chooser?  Try choosing a different template.  As you can see the site information stays the same but in an instant it looks completely different.  When buildtelligence installs a site for you we customize a template for your site so it looks very unique.  While the base code and features are all there it doesn't look like you are the same as anyone else.
