Non Profit Web Sites for Free?

Well it's not too good to be true. Buildtelligence has made a commitment to a core company value of giving back to the community.  While we aren't a fortune 500 web development firm, we are able to give back in our own way.  One web site at a time. 

Giving is a part of our core culture

Our company's founders believe in tithing. This means giving 10% of one's income to the community.  For every 10 websites that we create for a paying client we will create one website for a non profit group absolutely free. Unfortunately we can't build your site in a day because there's a waiting list.  So be sure to contact our sales department to be added to that waiting list immediately.

Requirements

You must be a non profit group. We prefer that you are officially registered with  the IRS as a 501C(3)(6)(7) but we will consider creating  sites for obvious non profit groups such as Boy  Scout troops, school band boosters, civic  organizations, etc.  That's all there is to the requirements.  We of course reserve the right to determine if you qualify if you are not officially registered with the IRS. You must commit to come to one design appointment that lasts about 30 minutes and one training session that lasts about 2 hours prior to us starting work on your web site.

You buy the domain name

Your group is responsible for purchasing the desired domain name for the web site.  We sell non-profit domain names for $9.95. You can get your domain name from us or any other registrar you desire.  If you already have a domain name you will be responsible for any transfer fees.

Hosting

Hosting for the free web sites is required to be with Buildtelligence-hosting.com.  We use a CMS (Content Management System) to publish your site which has specific server requirements and further we don't want to have to work on unfamiliar servers with potential complications to delivery and reliability.  This CMS gives you complete control over the content of the site at the click of a mouse.  If you know how to edit a word document or send an email you will be able to edit the content of your site.  That's right you control the content and do not need us to update the site at all.  Non-profit hosting is $29.95 / month which is $10.00 below our corporate rate.  Our commercial clients pay $39.95 for similar service.
