(a) After the initial term in accordance with section 1 and 2, this Agreement may be terminated by either party upon thirty (30) days written notice, pursuant to Section 6 of this Agreement, to the other party.

Agreements with Discount Amendments

These contracts may be subject to early cancellation penalties which will result in discounts being invalidated and the full cost (before discount) will be due at the time of early cancellation.
